Most ALOC members are eligible to apply for ALOC/OCAA vacancies at Step 1. Members
are not required to complete a competition eligibility form or to be on an internal
transfer list. Members who did not obtain their current position through a competition
might only be eligible at a later step. If you did not obtain your current position
through a competition, please contact ALOC to discuss at what step you are eligible
to apply.
Articling Students in the Hireback Pool are eligible to apply at step two. All applications
should be forwarded to the Recruitment Coordinator by the competition closing date.
